My Background
In 2022, I embarked on a career change and decided to study homeopathy professionally. Previously, my career focused on policy and research for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am a passionate community builder and advocate.
I've had an interest in health and wellness from a young age. Growing up with a father who was a medical doctor, I fondly remember visits to his neighborhood clinic. It was there that I learned that trust, long-term relationships, and keen listening were the foundation to good health care.

I live in the Minneapolis area with my husband and three children -- we are all big fans of homeopathy! In my free time, I garden, read, and camp. I love people and am honored with work with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and needs.
My Journey to Homeopathy
Like so many, I came to homeopathy looking to treat my kids naturally. Specifically, I needed a teething remedy to for my youngest. When I couldn't find the right remedy, I consulted a professional homeopath. The rest is history. With her encouragement, I booked my son for constitutional care to support his development and wellbeing. Soon, my entire family (dog included!) were under regular homeopathic care.
Homeopathy has provided unparalleled support to our family through acute illnesses, injuries, first aid needs, and growing pains. However, where it has utterly surprised me is the emotional support it has provided each of us as we grow and evolve. It has impacted our family dynamic, personal goals, and the way we relate to others and the world. There is nothing like it.
